Store-shelf sprays buy you a few quiet days; Nex Pest Control's Wasp Control technicians treat the source so the problem doesn't just come back after the can runs out.
Nex Pest Control technicians live and work around Silvis, which means the person inspecting your crawl space already knows how this soil and climate behave before they even open a toolbox.
We keep our Silvis crew small enough that the technician who inspects your home is the same one who treats it, and often the same one who returns for the follow-up.
What keeps Nex Pest Control running in Silvis after all this time is unremarkable, honestly: we show up, we fix the actual problem, and we don't disappear if it comes back.
We also track what's happening across Silvis season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most Silvis service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
From a same-day emergency call to a scheduled quarterly visit, here's the full range Nex Pest Control covers for Silvis properties.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Silvis emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
We treat the foundation line, utility entry points, and interior hot spots of Silvis homes on a schedule built around what your specific property actually attracts, not a generic quarterly template. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Silvis restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Silvis accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Silvis rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Silvis property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Silvis calls get a same-day window. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. A written summary of what was treated and what to expect goes with you after every visit.
Every Silvis quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Silvis customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Silvis same-day calls. We keep routes tight across Silvis specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Silvis technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
Our guarantee terms are spelled out in your service agreement, not left to a phone-call negotiation later. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Silvis customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Silvis emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of Silvis-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Silvis.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Silvis property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. Ask any technician on our Silvis crew and they'll tell you the same thing — the guarantee exists so calling back is never a hassle.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
Monthly mosquito treatment made our patio usable again by the second visit — hadn't sat outside in the evening in years.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
No matter which part of Silvis you're calling from, a licensed technician can typically reach you the same day. We route technicians daily across Silvis, so location within our coverage zone rarely adds to your wait time. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Silvis coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them.
A same-day visit is available for most of Silvis if you call before early afternoon.
Yes — every Silvis quote is written and approved by you before any product goes down, with no hourly billing.

Our guarantee is built into your service agreement, not something you have to negotiate for later.

We work with Silvis property managers on multi-unit and commercial contracts with flexible scheduling.
We'll recommend a frequency based on what your property's inspection actually shows, not a blanket schedule.
Usually not — most treatments only require you to stay out of the specific treated area for a short window.
